From a review in Financial Times in 2000: "Last summer I discovered Puri Ganesha, a small group of thatched beach houses set under the canopy of a tropical forest on the edge of the ocean, near Pemuteran on Bali. What I love about it is the total isolation. I can simply lay back and breathe the f resh, clean air. The f irst time I visited, I surprised myself ?normally I con't bear to do absolutely nothing, but once I was there it was such a shock to my system, it forced me to wind down and relax to the point of not caring anymore. All your senses ore bombarded. The frangipani flowers that cascade off the trees ore incredible ? the white petals ore so delicate and full of scent. The lush green landscape is alive and full of colour, it became the inspiration for my last collection. The owner, Diana von Cranach, has immaculate taste. Every detail has been ....... I loved the place so much, I decided to return there with my parents and three close friends for the Millenium. New Year's Eve was spent drinking champagne on the beach surrounded by candles with some gentle musik. Then we fell asleep on the sand and woke to a sunrise over the ocean."
