The Timor Doors in place | Living room roof suppports |
Willem just sent this large batch of photos taken today (Nov 24) which is just 8 weeks after commencement. They show that it won't be long till there will be a roof - so it could be in place before the wet sets in. The left photo shows the doors from Timor that are now in place - this is the main entrance when coming from the street. The right one is in the living room looking out towards the beach and shows two tall roof supports being prepared.
Staff rooom | Back of the house looking east |
The left one shows the staff room and adjacent store room on the south-west corner of the block. To the left of this room is the car space that will be under cover. The right one shows the back of the house looking east. You can see one of the open bathrooms sticking out south. You can also see how much space there is between the house and the back fence that is on the street - this is not much space - because most space is on the beach side. Looking at the twin guest rooms | Another view of the guest rooms |
Here are two views of the twin guest rooms. The left one is taken from near the Timor doors and lets you see how these rooms are built into a piece of the block that sticks out south - these rooms almost fill that space. Staff room and car space
